Chair Person

​FOLDEN PETERSON, HE/HIM/HIS
Poised, entrepreneurial, trailblazing, inspirational, and decorated, Folden leverages a diverse skillset earned over his 30-plus year career in the U.S. Army to positively impact strategic and tactical operations, education policy, risk management, digital security, and digital transformation across a spectrum of industries. Earning the ranks of Staff Sergeant, Chief Warrant Officer, and Colonel while holding a Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Folden’s military career assignments include:
● Deputy Commander, Army Signal & Cyber School Brigade
● Commander and IT Director, Alternate National Military Command Center
● Professor Military Science, Army Reserve Officer Training Corps
● Army Congressional Fellow & Legislative Liaison
● Executive Officer, Office of Chief Information Officer & G6
While digital security remains a key focus of his expertise, Pete has also gained significant experience in executive leadership roles and various areas, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence, machine learning,  robotics, governance, and legislative affairs, across both
public and private sectors. Moreover, Pete has played a pivotal role in designing tactical and enterprise military networks, in addition to holding multiple distinguished credentials.
Pete is a recognized authority in the field of tactical networking and produces written content on topics related to digital networks, innovation, and risk management.

Treasurer

Keith Kagen
​Board Member, and Photographer for I-Rise Foundation

Keith has worked in the high-tech field for over 22 years with an emphasis on project management and group coordination. He has managed the installation of over $100 million in factory equipment. Keith has been a professional photographer for more than 15 years, and has used his expertise to photograph soccer, dance, and robotics teams for I-Rise. He also lends his talents to helping charities including Desert Sounds and Intel Involved and enjoys nature, travel, and event photography.

​While working with Alberto Esparza for the past 10 years, Keith has mentored several robotics teams, garnering many regional victories and 5 First Robotics Competition world championship appearances. He has also photographed several VIP events including meetings with Chandler town officials, Senator Mark Kelly, and Olympic gold medalist Billy Mills. This year he has become a member of the board for I-Rise, and looks forward to expanding his role as the organization moves into helping schools in Mexico.
